How To make Apple Chip Cookies
1 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Butter
1/2 c Cream
1 Egg
1/2 ts Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1 c Chopped,peeled apples
1/2 c Butterscotch chips
1 c Walnuts, chopped
Glaze: 3 tb Butter, melted
1 tb Cinnamon
2 tb Cream
2 c Confectioners sugar
24 Walnut halfs
1. Heat oven to 350 F. 2. Cream butter and sugar; add egg, beat well.
3. Stir in dry ingredients. 4. Add apples and nuts and chips. 5. Drop
by teaspoon full onto greased cookiesheet. 6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. 7. Make glaze by mixing together the melted butter,cinnamon, cream

▶Ingredients for 4 cookies
100g unsalted butter
80g sugar
1g salt
1 egg
vanilla
160g flour
3g baking powder
100g chocolate + 20 g
50g nuts
Bake 190℃ for 13 to 14 minutes
▶American measurements
7 tablespoons unsalted butter
6 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Vanilla extract
1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3.5 ounces chocolate + 0.7 ounces
1/4 cup chopped nuts
Bake at 375°F for 13 to 14 minutes
*Please note that the conversions provided are approximate and not 100% accurate. It is particularly challenging to convert the chocolate and nuts to cup or spoon measurements, so it is recommended to use the original gram measurements for those ingredients. The baking temperature and time are also guidelines, so please adjust as needed and check for doneness while baking.
▶Method
Add sugar and salt to softened butter and mix.
Add beaten egg and mix.
Add vanilla, flour and baking powder.
Add the chocolate and nuts and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
Divide the dough into 135g portions and make 4 cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven to 190°C for 13 to 14 minutes.

50g (4 tbsp) sugar 1 egg 60 g potato starch 1 apple 30g (2 1/4 tbsp) butter 20g (1 1/2 tbsp) greek yogurt 100g (4/5 cup) flour 8 g baking powder Chocolate chips Powdered sugar
METHOD
Beat sugar with melted butter. Add an egg and beat again.
Add greek yogurt and flour little by little. Whisk, then add potato starch.
Peel and cut an apple into small pieces.
Add to the mixture, add chocolate chips and mix.
Use an ice cream scoop to take a little mixture and place it on a baking tray. Add several chocolate chips.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F) Decorate with powdered sugar.
