How To make Apple & Banana Aside
2 Bananas, peeled and sliced
2 Apples, peeled, cored and
cut in slices Juice of half a lemon :
TOPPING---------------------------------- 1/4 c Packed brown sugar
1/4 Flour
1/4 c Butter
Note: Use about 1 banana and 1 apple for each two diners to increase recipe. Do not decrease. In a buttered casserole, arrange a layer of apple slices and banana slices. Drizzle with lemon juice, dot with butter and sprinkle with a little sugar. Make another layer of fruit. Cream together (until crumbly) the topping ingredients; sprinkle over fruit mixture. Ever wondered how to make super moist chocolate banana bread?
Here's my recipe for it. Simple ingredients you can find in your local store. No fancy nor complicated ingredients, you can come up with a nice and moist banana bread in your own kitchen. Yes!! In your kitchen!!
I used to pay $8 for a loaf of choco banana bread from Whole Foods (shout out WF! You guys make the best Chocolate Banana Bread! ????)
I love their super moist and rich banana bread so much it was driving me to bankruptcy ????????
But not anymore!!!
Until I created my own recipe for a super yummy and moist banana bread.
Always add YOGURT and apple sauce or grated apples in your banana bread recipe! Trust me, It will make a whole lot of difference! The kids looove to bring it to school for snack. NUT FREE! so it's safe to bring to school you guys! ????

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp of salt (or a pinch)
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
3 over riped bananas *
2 eggs
1/2 cup apple sauce **
1/4 cup plain yogurt
125ml vegetable oil
Bake at 350F for 50 minutes to 1 hour
*The riper the banana, the better and sweeter for this recipe. There's no need to mash the heck out of them. Just roughly mash them, it adds more moist to the bread.
** I used an apple sauce in this video. But you can also peel 1 apple and grate it, I have done it many times. The outcome is sooo good. Bananas and apple in your bread! Yum!

0:07 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
0:10 Grease a baking casserole with cooking spray.
0:14 In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and butter.
0:25 Mix until it turns into crumbs. Set aside.
0:37 In another bowl, combine ground cinnamon, apples, and banana slices.
0:57 Transfer to your baking casserole.
1:10 Pour the flour mixture on top of the layer.

KTA Quick & 'Ono Recipes: Crispy Apple Banana Lumpia Sundae by Chef Adam
GET COOKIN'
4 Tbsp almond paste (almond butter can also be substituted)
2 Tbsp light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 apple bananas (cut in half length wise)
1 egg
1 Tbsp water or milk
4 lumpia wrappers
vegetable oil
1 scoop coconut sherbet or vanilla ice crea
1 cup milk chocolate (melted, kept at room temperature)
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup strawberries (chopped for garnish)
1/4 cup roasted unsalted macadamia nuts
1 mint sprig
In a small mixing bowl mix the almond paste, sugar and vanilla together. Set aside. Next, take 4 banana halves and spread the almond paste mix on evenly on the cut sides. Place the remaining 4 banana halves evenly on top the coated almond paste, squeeze lightly to form a sandwich. To prepare the egg wash, break an egg in separate small bowl, add one tablespoon of water or milk and lightly beat the egg mixture until the egg and liquid are fully incorporated. Place the lumpia wrapper on the table to form a diamond shape (not square). Set a banana sandwich in the middle of the wrap and fold the corners of wrap over the banana on the sides. Then roll the corner closest to you over. Roll tight and smooth as you do not want it to loosen. If banana is at an angle, it’s ok to gently straighten it out by lightly nudging it to become straight. Roll it snug without any openings. Brush the egg wash onto the wrap to hold it together. Freeze for 2 hours before frying. Fry in hot vegetable oil at 325 degrees. Check the oil with a thermometer before frying to prevent burning or splatter. Make sure the roll is as dry as possible before
placing in the fryer. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. After frying, cut in half on bias and serve with 1 scoop of your favorite coconut sorbet or vanilla ice cream. Garnish with milk chocolate (melt ½ cup in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes), caramel sauce, strawberries, chopped macadamia nuts and mint sprig.
