An old fashioned, melt in your mouth sugar cookie! Perfect for Christmas or any time of the year your sweet tooth is calling
Amish Sugar Cookies
(Recipe Below) Sean and I have officially moved, we are still in the land of boxes. Everywhere we look there are mountains and mountains of boxes, some full and some empty! We are about halfway unpacked with what the professional movers moved for us. We still have storage buildings to go, unfortunately that is the curse when you live in a condo for so many years you end up with a storage building for all the excess “stuff”. Moving is hard work as we all know and it takes more than a minute to get things set up in your new home. Now all the honey do chores are in full swing for both Sean and I. After Sean has worked all day the last thing he wants to do is come home to a full list of chores from me. I may need to use a little bribery to get a few of my more intense requests completed. Sean does not have a huge sweet tooth but he does enjoy a confectionery delight from time to time. Recently I made these Amish Cookies and we both enjoyed them immensely! Very light and airy with just the right amount of sweetness and very easy to make with no refrigeration required! I just might need to find the baking goods box and unpack it. I would love to have a good handy man on speed dial right now!
