Cheese Bread. This recipe is very easy and very delicious!
????Ingredients
1. Dough
200g/1.25cup All purpose flour
80ml/0.33cup Milk
1pc Egg 50g+-
3g/1tsp Instant yeast
25g/2tbsp Sugar
3g/0.5tsp Salt
25g/1.76tbsp Unsalted butter
2. Top
20g/1.41tbsp Salted butter
5g/1tsp Minced garlic
1pc Egg yolk
5g/0.5tbsp Green onion
5g/1tsp Honey
150g Mozzarella cheese
* Preheat the Oven at 180°C (360°F) bake for 15 minutes

Baking suggestions.
1. the flour absorbency is different, the milk can be adjusted appropriately
2. If you don't have honey, you can substitute with the same amount of sugar.
3. if you don't have salted butter, you can use the same amount of unsalted butter and 1/4tsp of salt instead

All-purpose flour ( maida) 3 Cups
instant yeast 1tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1
milk 1 cup

Water as required
Chicken boneless 150gm
Yogurt 1/4 cup
garlic and ginger paste 1tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
red Chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
dry Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
mozzarella cheese grated or slices
pizza sauce
capsicum
boiled corn
green and black olives
Oregano
red chilli flakes
Aloha Hawaiian Rolls
These Aloha Hawaiian Rolls are copycats of the famous King's Hawaiian rolls. My hobby baking adventure led me to bake this recipe adaptation of iambaker. Here is her link:
I have made these many times already because they are so soft, fluffy and delicious even after 2 days. The original recipe used potato starch and canned pineapple juice.
In my attempts, I substituted Fresh n Pure Pineapple Burst (from concentrate) when I didn't have the Dole canned juice. Both turned out fine. I also used tapioca starch instead of potato starch. It does the job well of making it fluffy so I will keep on using it.
Mama Mo rates these homemade buns as onolicious and easy to make and just as good as King's Hawaiian Rolls!

Aloha Hawaiian Rolls Recipe
Dry Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp tapioca starch
1 1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
1 tbsp instant yeast
2 tbsp warm water
1/2 cup pineapple juice (room temperature)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
Procedure:
Whisk together flour, tapioca starch and salt in a bowl and set aside.
In the bowl of your stand mixer, put in the yeast, water and pineapple juice. Stir with a spoon and allow to bloom for 5 minutes.
Then add in the butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Quickly stir with a spoon and then using the paddle attachment, mix. When it is well combined, add the dry ingredients and mix again.
After the flour is more or less combined, switch to your dough hook and knead the dough. Add flour gradually if the dough is too sticky. Knead for about 5 minutes or until it pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
Grease a mixing bowl with oil. transfer the dough ball into the bowl.
Cover with cling wrap and allow to rest for 3 hours or until double in size. Because it it cold here, I use the bread proofing setting of my oven. Or you can just leave the light on in your oven.
When the dough has risen, punch it down and shape the dough into a log. If it is still sticky, add some flour a little at a time.The recipe was for 16 pieces but I decided to make it into 24 smaller pieces.
Arrange it in your baking pan (I used my 13 x 9 pan), cover with cling and allow to rest and rise again for one more hour. When the dough has risen, brush the rolls with melted butter or the egg wash (egg white and some water).
Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes. At midpoint, I rotate my pan as my oven has a cold spot. I sometimes turn off the oven after 25 minutes but leave the buns in the oven for 5 more minutes to brown it some more.
Let the rolls cool on a baking rack. After they have cooled down, I store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
Pineapple juice and tapioca starch (or potato starch) are probably in your local grocery.
