Ingredients:
• 16 oz baby spinach
• 1 cup almonds, toasted (
• 1 cup dried cranberries (
• 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 3 tbsp white sugar
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
• 1 tbsp shallot, finely minced
• 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted (
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until the sugar completely dissolves.
2. Now, stir in olive oil, and either honey or maple syrup, along with the finely chopped shallot and sesame seeds until everything is well combined.
3. Next, take a generous bowl and place your fresh spinach leaves, almonds, and cranberries in it.
4. Finally, drizzle the dressing over the salad, give it a good toss, and serve. Enjoy this delightful Cranberry Almond Spinach Salad right away!

Dry Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1 ¼ cups oat flour (I use organic glyphosate free oats that I grind in the blender)
1 tbsp poppy seeds
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp turmeric
Wet Ingredients:
½ cup lemon juice
1 cup pitted medjool dates
1 cup plant based milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon zest
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine.
In a blender combine dates, plant milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Whisk in zest.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix to combine. Pour batter into a parchment lined loaf pan.
Bake for 30 minutes and reduce oven temperature to 325F. Continue to bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until edges are browned and top it “firm” when pressed gently. Allow to cool in pan until warm (about 20 minutes). Remove and glaze. Enjoy!
Glaze:
⅓ cup date paste (see my “dates” highlight)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon tsp lemon zest
½ tsp vanilla extract
Water to thin to pourable consistency

Creamy Pasta With Poppy Seeds in Milk | Very Tasty Homemade Recipe Food | Cooking Style

Ingredients:
-400 grams of homemade pasta
-50 grams of butter
-2 bags of vanilla sugar
-100 grams of ground poppy seeds
-1/1.5 liters of milk
-4 spoons of sugar.
Preparation:
Melt the butter and add vanilla sugar to it. Fry for about 2 minutes on medium heat, then add about 750ml/of milk. Add ground poppy seeds and 4 tablespoons of sugar. Cook for about 3 minutes on medium heat. After that, add the pasta.
Cook for about 5 - 7 minutes on high heat until the pasta is medium cooked.
Add another 750ml/of milk, stir, turn off the heat and set aside for the pasta to absorb the milk. Serve warm. The taste is incredible! Enjoy ☺️
