Aji Rocoto Sauce
Ingredients …….
2 Rocotos Peppers, remove seeds carefully
1 small red onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped scallions
2 tablespoons corte brunoise red onion.
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation …………
In a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons oil
Add rocoto.Sauté for two minutes
Then, add onions and garlic
Sauté for two more minutes add salt
And let it cool.
When it’s ready, place in blender
Add the remaining oil and water
Blend until smooth.Pour in a bowl
Add onions cut in corte brunoise
Add scallions,Squeeze 1/2 a lime
Salt to taste and mix.
It’s ready to add to your favorite dish.
Salsa salsa the Rocoto
Ingredientes………..
2 Chiles Rocoto, quitar las semillas con cuidado
1 cebolla roja pequeña cortar en pedazos
2 dientes de ajo
1/4 cup de aceite vegetal
1/4 taza de agua
1/2 jugó de limón
2 cucharadas de cebollines picados
2 cucharadas de cebolla morada corte brunoise
1 cucharadita de sal
Preparación…………..
En una sartén, agregar 2 cucharadas de aceite.Añadir rocoto
Saltea por dos minutos.Luego, agregue las cebollas y el ajo.
Saltea por dos minutos más.Agregue sal luego dejar enfriar
Cuando esté listo, colocar en la licuadora, Agregar aceite y agua
Batir hasta que esté suave.
Vierta en un tazón.Agregar las cebollas cortadas en corte brunoise
agregar cebollitas verdes
Exprimir 1/2 limón,salt al gusto y
Mezclar.
Está listo para agregar a tu plato favorito.

How To Make Chili In Less Than An Hour
Did you know you can make amazing chili in less than an hour? Start by making a chili paste. This is like chili powder but much more tasty. Toast 3 California chilies and 1 guajillo chili in a dry pan over medium heat until slightly darkened. Then add those to a powerful blender along with 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth then set aside. Now turn your pressure cooker on sauté mode then add in 1 ½ cups diced bell pepper and 1 ½ cups diced yellow onion then cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add in 3 minced garlic cloves then cook for 2 minutes. Then add in 1 tbsp tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Now add in these ingredients… your liquid chili powder, 1 can of drained rinsed beans, 26 Oz chopped tomatoes , 4 cups turkey meat ( you could use any cooked meat), ½ cup water, Salt and black pepper. Stir until well combined then close your pressure cooker then adjust it to high pressure mode. Pressure cook on high for 12 minutes then let your pressure cooker naturally release its steam. Ingredients
For Masala Paste
1 tbsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp Black Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
30 to 35 Garlic Cloves
4 Green Chilli
2 Whole Red Chilli
For Marination & Fry
1/4 turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
3 tbsp mustard oil
Gravy Preparation
3 tbsp Mustard Oil
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 cup tomato pure
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
3 cups of water

Korean Cucumber Salad⤵️
Who wants more surprises like these?????
7 Persian cucumbers
1 TBSP salt
2 TBSP korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru)
3 tsp sugar
4 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 TBSP sesame oil
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp sesame seeds
1. Cut your Persian cucumbers into 1/8 - 1/4 inch rounds
2. Then add 1 TBSP to your cucumbers, toss and allow this to sit for 10 mins or so to draw out any moisture. Then throughly rinse under cold water
3. Now to your cuumbers, add: Korean red pepper flakes, sugar, rice win vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.
4. Mix and enjoy =)
