How To make 6 Minute Chocolate Cake
Ingredients

instant coffee, or espresso

vinegar

teaspoon
vanilla

cold water, or strong coffee
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Then, in a 9x9 cake pan, measure and blend throughly with a fork the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, instant coffee powder, and salt.
Next, make 3 indentations in the dry ingredients with your fork. Into the first, pour 6 tb. of oil. Into the second, pour 1 tb. vinegar. Into the third, pour 1 tsp. vanilla.
Then, over all ingredients, pour 1 cup of cold water or strong, cold coffee. Stir with a fork until evenly blended.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve alone, with whipped cream, ice cream, or your favorite frosting.

Microwave Oreo Chocolate Cake || 6 Minute Cake || Easy & Vegan
Hey guys, this recipe is perfect when you don't have an oven or just need a last-minute cake! I make this all the time. When I'm studying I just make one layer, add some chocolate spread on top (melts beautifully) and eat is straight from the bowl, YUM!

INGREDIENTS
1 layer
- 20 sandwich cookies (I used golden, brownie and regular oreos)
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
Add all the ingredients to a blender/foodprocessor and add this to a layered (with parchment paper) and greased bowl. Pop this in the microwave for 6 minutes on 700W.
Let the cake cool down completely before removing it from the bowl.
(repeat this same process for more cake layers
Use store-bought vegan chocolate frosting, dark chocolate spread or Nature's Charms Chocolate Coconut sauce to decorate the cake.
Optional: Vegan white chocolate drip and mini oreo cookies!

Ingredients:

????1/2 tsp coffee powder
????1+1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

????3 tbsp maida
????1/8 tsp baking powder
????1/8 tsp baking soda

Chocolate Glaze
????1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
????1 tbsp oil
Method:
1. In a bowl add hot water, coffee powder and cocoa powder and mix them together.
2. Into this add sugar, oil and curd and mix them in.
3. Sift in the all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda and combine it with wet ingredients gently. Don’t overmix at this stage.
4. Grease the Stahl Mikro saucepan with Vegetable oil and pour the prepared batter in it.
5. Switch on your induction and put it on lowest heat possible. Put your stahl mikro pan on the induction and cover it with a lid/plate. Let it bake for 20-25 minutes till a skewer comes clean.
6. In case, if you dont have induction and wish to use a regular stove. Dont cook it on the direct flame. Put a saucepan on a bigger pan and cook it on the lowest flame.
7. For the glaze- Melt the chocolate and combine oil in it. Your glaze is ready.
8. Wait for the cake to come at the room temperature and then decorate it with the chocolate glaze and a pecan nut
