How To make Heavenly Hash
2 c Sugar
1 tb Butter or butter substitute
1/2 c Blanched and roasted almonds
2 tb Marshmallow cream
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Chopped pecans
4 tb Grated unsweetened chocolate
24 Marshmallows
1 c Cream
Combine chocolate and sugar. Add cream, and butter. Boil to soft ball stage (234 - 238 F). Remove from fire. Add marshmallow cream, nuts, and flavoring. Beat until mixture begins to thicken. Place marshmallows on well-buttered dish evenly. Pour mixture over them. Let cool, cut in squares with a sharp knife. Virginia Cooper, New Orleans, LA.

Ingredients
1 can Pineapple Tidbits (8–1/4 ounce)
2 cups Whipped Topping, thawed
1 cup Sweetened Coconut Flakes
1 cup Miniature Marshmallows
¼ cup Maraschino Cherries, chopped.
3 Tablespoons Milk
Instructions
Drain the pineapple.
Chop the maraschino cherries.
Place pineapple tidbits and cherries in a large mixing bowl.
Add the coconut.
Add the marshmallows.
Add the milk.
Add the whipped topping.
Gently fold ingredients until fully combined.
Place bowl in refrigerator and chill mixture for 1 hour.
Enjoy!

***INGREDIENTS/INSTRUCTIONS***
everything at room temp
(CAKE)
1 stick of melted butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of chopped pecans
1 tbsp vanilla or rum
2 tbsp cocoa
3/4 cups of flour
*ON TOP* mini marshmallows or cut up marshmallows
(ICING)
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of cocoa
1/2 lb of powdered sugar
a few drops of vanilla or rum
milk or evaporated milk
